With more than 14 years in the industry, Monica has managed large residential portfolios and brings a structured, professional approach to every part of community operations.

In her role as Property Manager for The Ridge, Monica brings experience in leasing and tenant communication, delinquency and collections processes, maintenance and vendor coordination, resident relationship building, and day-to-day community operations. She is known for her professionalism, her systematic and detail-oriented approach, and her strong resident focus.
