Lupita is a dedicated member of the MC Properties team with extensive experience in property management, leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day community operations. Born in California and raised in Mexicali, Lupita began her property management career in 1997 with Davlyn Investments as an Assistant Property Manager at Delta Village Apartments before advancing into a Property Manager role at Villa Serena Apartments.

In her role, Lupita brings experience in property operations, leasing, maintenance staff management, city inspections, evictions, delinquencies, resident communication, and long-term community management. She is known for her strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and years of dedicated service, including her management of Silver Oak Apartments since 2008, which became part of MC Properties in 2009.

Lupita plays an important role in helping MC Properties support a well-managed community at Silver Oak Apartments through experienced leadership, responsive service, and strong day-to-day property oversight.
