Ashley is a dedicated member of the MC Properties team with extensive experience in property management, affordable housing, and day-to-day community operations. Raised in Linda Vista, California, Ashley joined MC Properties in 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager overseeing more than 400 units and has continued to grow within the company.

In her role as Property Manager of Bella Vista Apartments in El Cajon, Ashley brings experience in leasing, resident relations, maintenance staff management, delinquencies, evictions, resident retention, County of San Diego rental income limits, annual State of California reporting, and affordable housing compliance requirements. She is known for her dependability, strong work ethic, and practical knowledge of property operations.

Ashley plays an important role in helping MC Properties provide responsive service, maintain compliance standards, and support a well-managed community for residents.
